Steps to fix Paper Jam Error in HP Inkjet Printer

Today in market HP inkjet Printers come with several types of models. HP inkjet printer use as home and office purpose in daily life. HP Printer provides print black and white or color documents. When a piece of paper gets stuck in the printer, then the printer jam problem occurs. In that case printer print, the job with push out a crumpled, smudged and printer will stop working. Fix the printer jam error

1. Proper Setting the paper Tray

Paper tray is the main role to get the paper jam because you will check loose paper in paper tray remove it. If in case paper got stuck while feeding on the paper tray into the printer, then quickly pull it back out of the printer and remove it. You can press the resume button on the printer, this is only to spot that paper jam.

2. Open the Rear access door of inkjet printer

After the open inkjet printer door, see where the paper maybe jams.

• Pull out any jammed paper in the stuck roller in the back of the printer. Remove all jammed paper, also including scraps of paper or ripped pieces.

• Look there is no other paper stuck in the printer, press the Resume button.

3. Remove additional paper

If any small piece of paper is stuck, then pull any paper out very slowly and carefully.

4. Check the print carriage is working properly

Check carriage to move freely from one side of the printer to another.

• Unplug the power cord and move the carriage from side to side and please do not any force on it or in the stuck.

• In case printer carriage is not moving freely then you can check or rotate the roller inside the printer for 3-4 full rotations with your hand figure. Rotate roll upwards direction and make sure everything the printer can move easily works.

5. Test the Printer to make sure it is working

• Reload the plain, clean and quality paper with the paper tray.

• Re-plug the power cords. Take a test with print out paper page.
